Volunteer at C3

We believe that God created each of us with a purpose and we all play a vital part in the Church. Jesus modeled the heart of a servant and we all Contribute to his Mission with our time, energy, and financial resources.

Test Drive a volunteer ministry

We get that committing to join a volunteer team can be a big deal. We also get that you don't want to commit to something when you don't even know what you will be doing! That's why we give you an opportunity to TEST DRIVE a volunteer ministry at C3.

Here's how it works:

  • Sign up to test drive a volunteer position.
  • A volunteer leader will contact you to set up a time for you to try the minsitry out.
  • They'll meet you when it's time for you to try it out. They'll be there to tell you what you do as a volunteer, ask questions, and help you out.
  • After you volunteer, you can choose to try it out again, commit to joining the volunteer team, or even try another volunteer ministry if what you tried out isn't for you.

There's no strings attached, so click here to sign up for a Volunteer Test Drive now!

At C3 there there is a Volunteer ministry team where everyone can Contribute. Here are just a few of the opportunities to volunteer at C3:

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY (CrossKids): Our CrossKids Volunteers are critical to changing the lives of kids. They provide a safe, fun, interactive learning environment for Children from Babies through 5th grade. You can volunteer to set up our portable classrooms, reinforce teaching by leading a smaller group, assist with technology, or even teach, sing, and dance.

WELCOME TEAM: Everyone from smiling greeters, to helpful ushers and even people there serve snacks are there to be another smiling and helpful face in our welcome ministry at C3. Our goal is to help our guests and regular attendees have a great experience on Sunday.

TECHNICAL PRODUCTION: Our worship services are high tech productions and involve computer operators, sound mixers, camera operators and a host of production and set up people. If you can push a mouse, have an ear for music, an eye for video, or enjoy being part of a behind the scenes produciton crew this is a great place to serve.

CLEANING/SET UP: As a church that meets in an elementary school, it takes a huge crew of deditcated team members to transform a school into a worship venue. This group sets up chairs, sound, video, etc on Sunday mornings. There's a small army that comes to help clean every Sunday morning.

WORSHIP ARTS: From graphic artists to musicians and vocalists, our worship arts team strives every week to faciliate worship and teaching that is both meaningful and memorable. If you can draw, play, sing or enjoy working behind the scenes in production you will find plenty of places to contribute in the worship arts.
